  • Gain your Level 3 Insurance Operations Practitioner (with Cert CII industry recognised qualification).
  • Various business rotations working with experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to different teams and functions.
  • A personalised development and training programme, providing you with knowledge and key insights into the financial services and insurance industry.
  • Mentoring opportunities with global industry leaders.

Our placement student programme

  • Direct entry route into our graduate programme.
  • 12 months in a dedicated team, gaining exposure and insight into the insurance industry, such as Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Claims, Business Development.
  • Strategic and challenging project to work to complete as part of the programme.
  • A tailored 12-month development and training programme to provide you with knowledge and insights.

What are we looking for?

Our school leavers: 3 'A-Levels' or equivalent (predicted or achieved) in any subject.

Our placement students: on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent in any subject.
